Rachels recital was tonight. It went fine. I think i'm just to tired from everything to really enjoy it right now. I'm ready for things to slow down for a bit. Relax a little. So I think for the next week or so i'm just gonna take a break from playing for a bit and just relax. Father don't let me get used to it, but let me just rest until the appointed time that I am to go back at it. Amen.

I actually took today off. Tomorrow is rachels recital at CP, and i'm just honestly kind of tired from it all, so yes. I think a break is well in order.

Yay for rehearsal and recital in the same day! I'm so thankful though, really, for Rachels hearing to be today. I think its going ot be good, and were going to get through it, and then i'll move on to play at the next thing. Its crazy how you just start to think about it like a job - play here, move on and play at the next thing, then so on and etc.

Just late night practice again. Probably rehearsed for about 3 hours today. Intense man. Intense

Non stop practice this week it looks like. I'm getting ot the point of playing where I'm going to be ready to take a short break from it after all of this is over. Pray about what i've learned and see where the Lord wants to direct me in all of this. I'm excited about my future.

Time flies so fast when you're busy. When you are always going and never stop to look at the things around you. I wonder what i'm missing. I think the Lord is growing me up a lot through this though. Its good. I'm excited to see the end result.

The end of the year is drawing near. All the recitals are within sight of being finished. I've never felt so overworked in all my life. It's good though, I feel like i've grown a lot. I've learned A TON about playing back and letting the other musicians take the front. Its hard though - I really like playing passionately in worship, but I wonder how it effects other peoples worship experience. Something to pray about I suppose.
